Cancellation and Refund Policies – Flyzone Venture Private Ltd.

From payment date till 60 days prior to start date - 90 % of the booking cost will be refunded
From payment date till 30 days prior to start date - 80 % of the booking cost will be refunded
No refund applicable if you are cancelling with in a window 15 days before your start date
No refund applicable on bookings in peak season (December 1 to January 15)
No refund applicable on extended holiday ( 3 day) weekends in India and Deepavali holidays every year.
Refunds not applicable when booking through external platforms and affiliates like TripAdvisor
